The Egraflex Steelflon Waveline-WLP® gasket is engineered for tight sealing, reduced leakage, and long-term reliability in industrial flange connections. Designed to meet TA Luft and VDI 2440 emission standards.

Structure:

• Core: Stainless steel foil layers
• Sealing material: High-purity expanded graphite
• Surface: PTFE-coated stainless steel carrier (adhesive-free)

Design:

• Waveline-WLP® profile with inner eyelet for enhanced blow-out resistance
• Prevents media contamination and minimizes cross-sectional leakage

Performance:

• Leakage rate: ≤ 0.0001 mg/s·m at 10 N/mm² per DIN 28090-1
• Gasket factor and stress relaxation suitable for tight sealing under thermal and pressure cycling
• Temperature resistance: up to 550°C (graphite limit), chemical resistance based on PTFE barrier
• Pressure range: Suitable for all common pressure classes (e.g., PN and ANSI standards)
